All appraisal companies we list have committed to a maximum turn around time of 5 business days after inspection. |

Convenience:
All the appraisal companies that we list have the latest digital technology and the ability to email their work making the whole process much more efficient. |

Reliability:
We verify and keep records of all licenses and E&O documents. No company will be approved without submitting these to us first. |
 
We believe in quality and not quantity. We also believe that
every listed appraisal company should have a fair amount of exposure and an equal chance to generate more business, therefore, we have implemented the following:

Qualifying:
All appraisal companies wanting to advertise with appraiserguide.com, must
meet our qualifications first. This way we will only list the best. |

Limited availability:
We do not believe in having several pages of appraisal companies listed in every county for every area.
Too many listings can be confusing to the lender and reduces the chance of any one appraisal company being chosen. So we have decided on a first come, first serve,
limited number of listings per county. That number varies depending on the specific
county, its population and homeownership numbers. |
